This role is critical to our member experience and requires a friendly upbeat demeanor. The role supports daily operations of the practice including but not limited to answering the phones meeting/greeting members assisting in coordination of client events for the Ann Arbor MI office utilizing proprietary software in support of client relations and other administrative tasks as assigned. If you would like to work with a team that values our deep customer relationships and proactive concierge customer service then this role is a great fit for you.Benefits Include: 401k (with match) available after 6 months Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Medical Benefits (Medical Dental Vision Term Life Disability Health Savings Account)Compensation: $50000 - $55000 salary dependent upon experience.Job DescriptionPosition Roles/Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesAnswer all incoming calls for the practice on the first ring and disperse them and any messages appropriatelyHospitality lead for the Ann Arbor office; including meeting and greeting clientsAttend and assist in coordination of all local client eventsPhysical site manager of the officeDecorate the office for the holidaysManage the cleaning serviceOversee the snow removal vendor to ensure safety of clients during the winterAssist in coordinating team events & birthday celebrationsAssist in scheduling meetings with clients on behalf of the practices AdvisorsInterface with contacts to coordinate mailings gifts and other communicationsPerform routine administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies processing mail filing and disclosure deliveryUpdate contact management system with client contact and preference informationAssist in preparing file folders for client meetingsSupport Administration Department in obtaining any needs for new businessProvide back-up support on tasks that do not require any type of licensing or registration for other staff members as neededKeep sales team on track and assist with meeting supportAdditional responsibilities may be assigned in accordance with business needsPosition QualificationsStrong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g. Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Salesforce) or ability to learnAbility to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptionsAbility to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential informationBasic understanding of our products services and Thrivent FinancialCompetenciesPlanning/OrganizingClient FocusCommunicationInterpersonal SkillsTeamwork and CollaborationAdaptability/FlexibilityExternal/Internal DependenciesMust be able to work with all roles of the teamMust be able to represent the organization in work with external clientsMust be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizationsAs part of COR Financial Group recruiting/hiring/contracting process a verification of a candidates background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting addition fingerprints will be taken for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Customer Service,Client Expectations,Client Requirements,Client Support,Action Plans,Issue Resolution,Account Management,Client Relationships,Service Delivery,Client Service,Client Satisfaction,Client Management,Procedures,Service Level Agreements,New Clients Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 50000 - 55000
