As a core leader you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground you guide the successful launch of products gather crucial feedback and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliabilityImplement Data Management uplifts and re-onboarding of files for Client List Screening to satisfy the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) Data Integrity StandardsDelivers new product enhancements and offerings by working directly with Technology Business and Operations partners to define efforts write effective requirements to deliver outstanding resultsAssists the Product Owner to develop a strategic analysis approach and structure required to achieve key deliverables and assist in overall project management risk management and organizational readiness activitiesCoordinates User Acceptance Testing and Business / Operations ReadinessMonitors systems production health and acts swiftly when issues arise that may impact customer experience or the business.Required qualifications capabilities and skills5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or AML/BSA roleAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value managementBA/BS or relative experienceDemonstrate advanced knowledge of JIRA and Scrum events (backlog refinement sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospectives)Intellectually curious committed self-starter who is capable of working under minimum supervisionExpert at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environmentProficient with Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with outstanding presentation and communication skillsPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed complex organizationKnowledge of ScreenIT and/or other Screening Filter toolsExpertise in the Client List Screening end to end operational workflowPrior experience with JP Morgan Chase end-to-end Sanctions List Screening program including Business Operations or GFCCAdvanced data analytics skills and familiarity using SQLRecognized as subject matter expert within Sanction Screening or a related organizationRequired Experience:Exec Key Skills Change Management,Financial Services,Growing Experience,Managed Care,Management Experience,Analysis Skills,Senior Leadership,Performance Management,Process Management,Leadership Experience,negotiation,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
