As the Client Onboarding Specialist, you will administer our contract process, onboard new customers, and engagements with a handshake between sales and delivery, set up projects in our Workday PSA tool, and special projects for the Transformation Business Excellence team.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for creation and setup of customers and projects based on allocation of work.
- Create and maintain templates in Workday.
- Responsible for creation of revenue and billing schedules needed for Workday PSA tool.
- Ensure all required contracts (Engagement Letters, Statements of Work, Change Requests) information needed for resource forecasts and workforce planning is captured. Contract information to include key terms and duration of contract required for Workday PSA tool.
- Ensure required engagement documents are signed, stored in the appropriate location and setup projects in our internal systems.
- Recommend procedural and systems changes that will deliver quality service to customers.
- Onboard new customer onto the Armanino Access App. and respond to customers with onboarding questions.
- Create operating procedure documentation for all onboarding processes Export, review, update transform and import data from and into appropriate systems.
- Assist in developing the strategy for customer creation and maintenance.
- Manage annual rollovers and renewals of recurring projects and engagements.
- Adjust system data to ensure accuracy.
- Administer users on internal systems.
- Identify and help improve processes and standardizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Comfortable navigating multiple software systems daily.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with teams across the business.
- Ability to multi-task on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday experience.
- Customer onboarding experience.
- Experience in a professional services environment.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $60,300 - $70,900. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $66,300 - $78,000. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $69,300 - $81,500. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
