Our purpose: Bringing quality safety and sustainability to life.What are we looking forThis Client Order Specialist position is responsible for the administrative support of the sales and operations groups by processing signed sales quotations into orders and ensuring all quality standards and order requirements pertaining to company controls are met. This requires integrity as well as a keen understanding of Intertek systems including iConnect Phoenix PeopleSoft and EPF. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.Salary & Benefits InformationThe salary range for this position is$19 - $22 per hour. Duties may include the following:Validate all documentation submitted by clientAct as a liaison between Customer Account Manager and Operations as neededProcess orders across all Intertek systemsResearch and assist with resolving account problemsManage new and existing client accountsUse financial tools available to determine clients credit worthiness and statusCreate Intercompany projectsAssist with resolution of invoicing issues as necessaryCreate deposit invoices and submitting internal match paymentsPerform other duties as required.This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details.
