This role drives project execution, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement, while fostering strong relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectivesLead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and stakeholdersTrack milestones, manage risks, and maintain clear project documentationEnsure timely and accurate delivery of initiatives using structured methodologiesAdapt project management approaches to team dynamics and business needsClient Relationship ManagementServe as primary liaison between client and Compass teamsBuild and maintain strong business relationshipsResolve issues proactively and escalate when necessaryFacilitate strategic conversations and ensure client expectations are metOperational ExcellenceAnalyze processes and recommend improvementsIdentify opportunities for efficiency and innovationSupport contract growth, retention, and execution of obligationsStay informed on industry trends (Office Coffee, Micro Markets, Vending)Financial Analysis & RecommendationsAnalyze vendor, client, and internal financial performancePresent insights and recommendations to clients and internal teamsLead financial modeling and proforma developmentDrive change initiatives that improve financial outcomesLeadership & AccountabilityMay supervise Account Coordinators or Client Service ManagersLead strategic initiatives and contribute to key account planningEnsure deliverables are met on time and aligned with KPIsPromote a culture of collaboration, urgency, and client focusQualificationsRequired:5+ years of operations experience5 years managing complex enterprise projects with change management componentsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience with POS reporting requirementsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Planner)Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Associate's or Bachelor's degreePMP or Lean Sigma certificationSupervisor experienceExperience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards)Familiarity with reporting tools (Business Objects, Crystal Reports)Intermediate PowerPoint skillsApply to Canteen One today!Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
