Day-to-Day Duties of the Client Relations Specialist Respond to customer questions regarding business services, from rate plans to billing and account features, ensuring clarity and understanding. Support service changes, upgrades, renewals and adjustments while keeping the process smooth and accurate. Track customer interactions, actions and feedback using CRM systems to maintain well-organized records. Escalate complex issues to senior or technical teams to guarantee timely resolution. Collaborate with associate Client Relations Specialist to meet client expectations and campaign objectives. Participate in coaching sessions and product briefings to stay informed on plans, updates and tools. Maintain a proactive approach to customer success, identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. What We're Looking For in a Client Relations Specialist High school diploma or GED required; coursework or a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is a plus. 1 - 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, client support, or campaign operations is an advantage. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex details effectively. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple client requests efficiently. Empathetic, professional, and committed to delivering a consistent, customer-focused experience. Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools to document service actions and track account progress. Enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to grow as a Client Relations Specialist while helping clients succeed.
