We currently have an opportunity for a Client Service Associate to join our Retirement and Private Wealth team in our McLean VA office.The selected individual will be responsible for preparing client reviews and providing administrative support to the advisors to ensure our clients experience outstanding service. The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational communication and interpersonal skills.Job Responsibilities:Maintain insurance licenses and manage carrier appointments for brokers in the McLean officeAssist in preparing client reviews for the investment side of the business including:Gathering reporting information and composing internal Excel reviewEmail client to obtain updated informationProvide Advisor with notes from prior meetingAssist advisor and department manager with quotes applications and execution of life disability and long-term care policiesOn New Business:Obtain quotesProvide client with application paperworkSubmit applicationSet up exam (if necessary)Track through underwritingIssue policy premium and any delivery requirementsAdvise Planning Team to add to Wealth Vision siteAdd to internal client reviewFor Existing Business:Handle billing remindersExecute policy changes (address beneficiary owner terms premiums etc.)Maintain current records of corporate policiesQualifications:Background in financial services insurance or employee benefits including any knowledge of retirement plans and investments (1 year experience preferred but not required)Exceptional customer service experienceExcellent verbal written analytical and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office suite including ExcelAbility to interact with people across all levels of the businessStrong attention to detailWhat We Offer You:At HUB International were invested in your success both inside and outside of work.
