To find out more about the firm please visit our website.Salary and BenefitsSalary for this position will be based on experience with a range of $50000 $60000 based on experience.Quarterly incentive bonus plan (after 6 months)401(k) with 3.5% match (after 90 days)Portion of health insurance paid by companyCollegial office environmentRoom for growth and trainingJob Responsibilities:Provide direct support to clients of multiple advisors in the firmAnswer client calls and respond to client service requests primarily using SchwabMaintain updated information in our CRM RedtailComplete and track account paperwork and transfersSchedule client review meetings and assist with meeting prepAssist with prospect and new client onboarding processesHelp coordinate client and team events Qualifications:High attention to detailExcellent communication skillsMust work well in a team environmentMust have a client service attitudeAbility to work autonomously after our training periodAbility to manage your time efficiently2 years of professional office experienceQualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position).
