We are an independent wealth management firm seeking a Client Service Associate to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals. We have three offices across Texas and while this role will be based in our Fort Worth office our team works closely together to support our clients and each other every step of the way. The successful candidate will be excited about our industry eager to further their career and always ready to help wherever needed.As the Client Service Associate you are the link between our advisors our clients and our existing operations team and will play a crucial part in servicing maintaining and enhancing the strong relationships built with our clients. Whether you are answering phones completing paperwork opening new accounts handling service requests scheduling meetings or preparing for them you approach each task with a client-first mindset and an unmatched level of accuracy and addition to having a strong working knowledge of industry software systems and processes you are exceptionally organized detail-oriented and committed to delivering a smooth confidence-inspiring experience with every client interaction. You are proactive naturally curious and take pride in your work. You are always striving to be better and do better consistently seeking ways to take tasks off the advisory teams plate so they can focus on financial planning meeting with clients and delivering value.Responsibilities & ActivitiesGreet clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner making them feel comfortable when they visit the officeAct as first line of response for incoming calls generally handling 30-60 calls per dayRecord meeting notes on topics covered changes in clients needs and action itemsSummarize meeting and schedule action items in contact management softwareConduct rollover callsSupport client onboarding and new account processesPrepare and produce back-office support demands for basic client account requestsPlan assist with and attend client eventsPlace trades as needed to ensure alignment and execution of investment strategyPrepare annuity reviews as well as execute new annuity account openingsCommunicate and follow up regularly with clients about changes to their accountsDevelop strong relationships and rapport with clientsHandle calendars for multiple advisors scheduling and confirming appointmentsAdhere to all compliance/risk procedures follow corporate and industry protocols and protect the interest of the client and the firm at all timesStay current on industry developments; service and product enhancements; regulatory issues; and client needsSatisfy Continuing Education requirements for licenses and professional designationsPerform general office functions like sorting mail ordering office supplies etc.Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge Skills & AbilitiesHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree highly preferred3 years of financial services experience supporting one or more financial advisors highly preferredIndustry-specific software/platform experience required; Osaic knowledge highly preferredExcellent attitude professional demeanor and an extraordinary client service orientationSuperior phone skills friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phoneAbility to prioritize and handle a variety of changing responsibilities and manage time-sensitive projects with specific attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-taskAbility to type 50 wpm requiredAttendance is an essential functionWe offer a great working environment with a focus on work/life balance.
