As we continue to grow we are seeking an experienced and licensed Client Service Specialist to join our team.Position OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role is to support our existing clients and advisory team through prompt service accurate administrative support and proactive communication. This includes handling service requests preparing prospecting materials client review materials maintaining client data with precision scheduling appointments and making outbound calls to clients leads and prospects.This role also includes supporting our advisors with financial planning software and when needed assisting in select client-facing interactions such as reviews and service meetings.Key SkillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environmentStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communicationHigh attention to detail and accuracyProactive work ethic with consistent and reliable follow-throughMinimum RequirementsAt least one active license required (Series 65 or FL 214/215).Ability to obtain an additional required license within 6 months is expected.Financial industry experience required2 years of experience supporting a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced officeProficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quicklyCRM experience requiredCore ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming client service calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanorTake ownership of each service request and ensure timely resolutionPrepare detailed client review summaries and meeting materialsMaintain timely professional communication with clients and internal staffAssist with client updates reports and mailingsSchedule client appointments and support the advisory teams daily workflowsContribute to financial plan preparation using firm software toolsCompensationSalary: $70000 $75000 (commensurate with experience)Benefits401(k) with employer match (100% on first 3% 50% on next 2%)Paid Time Off (PTO)HoursMondayFriday 8:30 AM 4:30 PMAvailability for two evening client events per monthPresented by Advisor Talent SolutionsAdvisor Talent Solutions part of the AE Management LLC family of companies supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
