The CSC acts as a liaison between the client and Saddle Creek assists client on all issues answers questions investigates and resolves a wide array of client questions and concerns using a variety of systems and offers solutions in a positive manner. This position will be expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates other agencies clients and the public.Responsibilities:Communicates with the customer verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitudeSupport client relationship by becoming an extension of our clients businessBuild strong rapport with partners with managing relationships setting expectation and status communicationAssist clients with questions offer solutions researches issues and provides status updatesEnter review coordinate and track progress in all client requested enhancements and issues trackingProactively identify process improvements that enhance the Client experience and streamlines operationsMaintainsservice reports that are shared with the client that give visibility into volumes SLAs etc.Participates and presents on client meetings as needed.Communicates client requested projects with the operation (Kitting Receiving etc.)Coordinates and provides professional communication with clients clients retailers and SCLS vendorsSupports parcel requests and issues from carrier or client and escalates as neededOversees CRM and dispatches tickets appropriatelySupports new client implementations/enhancements as neededAbility to navigate warehouse systems as needed for client requestsQualificationsEducation/ExperienceAssociates Degree preferredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust have at least six (6) months of experience in a customer service roleExperience with working with a warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferredKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication both verbally and in writing especially through e-mail and over the phoneStrong interpersonal skillsComfortable presenting in front of othersGood problem-solving and prioritizing skillsAbility to effectively manage and resolve conflictAttention to detail to prepare and maintain accurate records and reportsAbility to follow both written and verbal instructionsTechnology savvyProficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word Excel & knowledge of PowerPoint are preferredComfortable working in both office and warehouse environment with wide temperature rangesIdeal candidate has excellent communication skills and excels in collaborating and engaging with others all levels of the organizationSaddle Creek is an Equal Opportunity employer and an Affirmative Action employer as required by law.
