Job Title: Client Services Coordinator Location: Naples FLEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Client ServicesAbout the RoleStouffer Legal is hiring a Client Services Coordinator for our Naples office. This is a phone-heavy back office role focused on delivering a five-star client experience over the phone while keeping our systems organized behind the scenes. You will handle high call volumes scheduling and CRM updates prepare materials for attorney meetings and keep documentation accurate. You will also back up the Front Office Coordinator as needed for in-person coverage and client addition this position facilitates one weekly evening educational workshop. You will help set up the space welcome attendees support the presenting attorney and make sure the session runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Phone Support (Primary)Answer and make 30-40 client calls per day with a warm professional toneRoute calls document interactions and create follow-up tickets as neededSchedule confirm and reschedule client appointmentsHandle call overflow and voicemail follow upBack Office and AdministrativeScan print and manage client files in the CRM with a focus on accuracy and confidentialityPrepare materials and provide in-meeting support for attorneys (documents packets refreshments)Process payments and maintain organized recordsClient Hospitality and Front Desk BackupProvide backup coverage for the Front Office Coordinator in the Naples officeGreet and seat clients; offer refreshments and set a professional welcoming toneSanitize conference rooms and tidy shared spaces between meetingsWorkshop Facilitation (Weekly Evening Event)Prepare workshop space and materials and manage attendee check-inWelcome attendees and provide clear friendly guidanceSupport the presenting attorney with logistics during the sessionCoordinate follow-up tasks after the workshop (e.g. scheduling notes)Tools & Systems Youll UseCRM software Microsoft Teams Outlook scanners/printers RingCentralScheduleMonday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMPlus one evening per week for the educational workshopCompensation & BenefitsSalary range $48000.00 - $56000.00 based on experiencePerformance based bonus structurePaid twice monthly (7th and 21st)Benefits start on your first dayHealth Insurance (CareFirst) with 50% company contributionDental and Vision Insurance offeredShort- and Long-Term Disability Insurance (100% employer-paid)Basic Life Insurance (100% employer-paid)401(k) with up to 4% match no vesting period15 days of PTO annually (increases with tenure)3 weeks paid parental leave7 paid holidaysEmployee discountPaid training and onboardingWhat You Can Expect in the Hiring ProcessSubmit applicationPhone interview (10-15 minutes)Virtual interview via Microsoft Teams (1 hour)Candidate assessment (sent via email)In-person interview (2 hours)Job offer and onboardingWe encourage everyone to include a cover letter resume and a statement of interest with your application.
