Description The Client Services Specialist supports the Financial Advisor(s) in the prospecting, marketing, sales and service of investment products while consistently meeting a high level of service and client engagement.Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:Job Duties:Oversee and manage new client onboarding process, including facilitating the client onboarding process for high net-worth clients, which may involve more complex financial situations while meeting compliance standardsPrepare key documents and presentations for client meetingsFulfill client requests and resolve service-related issues ensuring all interactions are updated in CRMUtilize workflows to coordinate service activities and delegate appropriate tasks to team membersPerform trades for client requests and advisor instructed portfolio managementDiscuss investment related products in alignment with advisor's recommendation/strategy for clients in accordance with risk tolerance, time horizon and investment goalsData input into Financial Planning Software and ongoing maintenance of clients short- and long-term goals, budgeting, investment and savings strategiesMaintain and organize client files and records to comply with the requirements of all Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) and Insurance Agency (Agency) regulator.Generate and manage Client Experience Plan via Touchpoint ManagementCommunicate regularly via telephone, mail, email, social media, etc. to facilitate regular review meetings, webinars, social media content curation, email drip campaigns, and other client reach out efforts in alignment with Client Experience Pla.Organize and attend all appreciation and education eventsSupport Financial Advisors activities to provide education and appreciation to Experience Center partnersTrack and contact new leads from referrals or educational opportunitiesProviding occasional mentorship and support to less experienced associates, including training and new hire onboarding supportExecute administrative & operational tasks, as assignedEssential Skills:Minimum three years' experience in investment support or administration, or similar experience in a client facing support role with an investment/wealth management companyExperience completing work/tasks in accordance with specific processes and proceduresEffectively manage internal and external relationships, with the ability to use discretion and judgment when working matters of privacyExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlinesProven skills and commitment in meeting or exceeding member expectations and requirementsDemonstrated ability to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to problem solve effectively, with strong critical thinking skillsAbility to work autonomously with proven decision-making skills and sound judgmentExpert knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced experience with CRM and financial planning software preferredExpert knowledge of investment products and servicesCertification/License:Series 7 + Series 63 or 66 (or equivalent) requiredMinimum Education:Associate's level degree or equivalent relevant work experience requiredLocation: Downtown Bellevue Experience Center - Bellevue WA 98004 Target Compensation in Washington: $92,000 to 96,800 (This range reflects reasonable earnings potential which includes a base salary of $80,168 and annual incentive pay between $12,000 to $18,000 based on current production) Benefits options include:Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage401K matching up to 5% per pay periodAccrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment11 paid federal holidaysSpecial employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria)What makes First Tech different?
