Join our global team and see what makes Mitratech a truly exceptional place to work!Job OverviewMitratech'sLegal Spend Management team is seeking aDirectorto oversee a portfolio of clients for ourManaged Bill Review (MBR)solution. Thisindividual contributorroleis responsible fordriving client success, achieving definedgoalsand ensuring delivery of the full MBR value proposition.The Director will act as the primary owner of client relationships, fostering engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of MBR practices, credibility within the legal, insurance, and business communities, and alignment with industry standards and client accounts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Own and manage client relationships across an assigned portfolioPrepare and communicate complex analytics clearly to senior client stakeholdersDeliverlegal spendanalytics(monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc)Driveclientadoption and engagement through onboarding,trainingand analyticsMaintain regular contact with key decision makers and stakeholders andleadstewardship meetingswhere appropriateCollaborate with theMBRteam on day-to-day client requests, including attending status meetings and escalating service issues where appropriateArticulate client needs andobjectivesand collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions and drive resolution ofidentifiedissues, escalating where needed.Ensureclientobjectivesare clearly documented and activelymonitoredfor progress toward achievement.Ensuretimelyapproval of all project documents, specifications, change requests, test results, and deliverables, whilemaintainingbudget and timeline complianceRecommendimprovements to the customer lifecycle and internal processesPartner with product and engineering teamson design and testing prioritiesExecute corrective action plans forat-risk clients and track results, following escalation procedures whereappropriate(stakeholderinterviews, etc.)Stay current onMBRproducts/services and industry trendsTravel to client sites as neededRequirements & Skills:Proficient inMS Office and/or Google SuiteAdvancedExcelskills (pivot tables and macros)Strong organizational skills to manage action items across 20 - 30 enterprise clientsSkilled in building senior-level relationshipsand influencing stakeholdersAbility to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environmentExperienced in building customer relationships using remote communication tools (phone, video, web training).PracticalknowledgeofSQLand report writingAnalytical, process-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and analytical skills; able to simplify complex conceptsConfident presenter and trainer for group sessionsEducation:Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred3+ years of Experience in Customer Facing role in the Enterprise Software IndustryPreferred experience in either the legal, claims, or risk and insurance industryThis role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US.
