We strive to help our employees find their passion and purpose.   LinkedIn Marketing Solutions is searching for a Client Solutions Manager to join our Startups team. The Sr CSM will leverage their knowledge of digital advertising superior communication skills and analytical abilities to provide consultative solutions to help B2B startups grow their organizations and effectively reach their target audiences. The Client Solutions Manager will drive value for these new customers by providing best-in-class engagement insights and campaign recommendations. Leveraging data and analytics the Client Solutions Manager will identify areas where LinkedIn can provide more value to our clients and build a case for upsell opportunities.   The Client Solutions Manager will be measured by their ability to partner with their Account Executive(s) to analyze and action on data and drive incremental revenue. They are a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients campaigns and projects concurrently.   Working collaboratively with their Account Executive(s) the CSMs responsibilities are to:   Build relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and objectives to provide best-in-class customer engagement   Proactively analyze and optimize customers advertising campaigns and marketing programs to make strategic recommendations to customers and ensure client objectives are met   Provide recommendations and training on targeting implementation optimization and reporting   Support customer education including a best-in-class onboarding experience and ad hoc education needs   Stabilize performance and grow revenue from new advertisers via proactive optimizations and upsells   Leverage technology to drive performance-oriented marketing solutions   Advise on creative and content development leveraging marketing expertise to maximize performance and delivery   Work effectively with various cross-functional partners in sales marketing finance technical support product product marketing and insights to ensure customer success troubleshoot campaigns and ensure error-free execution   Represent the voice of the customer through collaboration with product teams to influence campaign management tools and ensure our customer needs are met   Co-develop a strategic plan for your book of business with your Account Executive   Use data and insights to highlight the value of advertising demonstrate ROI and make recommendations for optimizations and additional investment   Inspire continued innovation by regularly sharing ideas and best practices with peers and manager   Embrace our learning culture to develop yourself as a sales professional and colleague to your peers and internal partners   Qualifications : Basic Qualifications:   BA/BS degree or equivalent experience   3 years of experience in advertising sales media buying and planning or relevant consulting work   Preferred Qualifications:   2 years of auction based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (eg Social Google Adwords ad exchange/trading desks)   Experience in advertising sales and media account management   Familiarity with startups go-to-market challenges and growth KPIs   Demonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis return on investment modeling and advertising / media analytics   Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of providing consultative and data-driven solutions   Demonstrated understanding of advertising technology and marketing automation   Ability to effectively manage time prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision   Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally  Suggested Skills:   Campaign Optimization  Digital Advertising  Digital Marketing  Media Account Management  LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The pay range for this role is $113000 to $163000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus stock benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
