We are looking for a Client Solutions Representative in Charlotte who believes that a friendly conversation is the best way to grow a business. You will be the primary point of support for our AT&T Fiber customers, guiding them through their service options and ensuring they feel valued every step of the way. This role is perfect for the "helper" who also has a competitive streak; the Client Solutions Representative will be solving problems while simultaneously driving brand loyalty and new service acquisitions. Please keep in mind: this is a commission-based opportunity where your ability to connect and provide solutions directly fuels your success as a Client Solutions Representative. Client Solutions Representative Core Functions: Provide human-centric, customer-facing support for AT&T Fiber. Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate Fiber tiers. Act as a friendly brand ambassador in the Charlotte community. Support the sales team by ensuring a smooth customer transition. Resolve customer questions with empathy and clear communication. Focus on building long-term trust rather than just a quick sale. Follow up with clients to ensure their support needs were met. Maintain a helpful, professional presence in all customer interactions. Client Solutions Representative Essential Qualifications: High empathy and a genuine passion for helping people. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to simplify technical Fiber concepts for everyday users. A background in hospitality, customer service, or public relations. Patient demeanor and a "service-first" professional attitude. Strong team-player mentality and collaborative spirit. Ability to build instant rapport and maintain human connections.
