The Client Success Associate will strengthen customer relationships, support sales conversations, and ensure every service moment is personal and dependable. As a Client Success Associate, you'll receive structured training in communication, sales knowledge, and customer care. The Client Success Associate will meet residents to guide them through AT&T Fiber services with clarity and warmth. You'll support account activations, billing needs, and troubleshooting while reinforcing sales awareness that helps every household Key Responsibilities of the Client Success Associate Act as the local resource for households regarding AT&T Fiber; resolve issues while integrating sales points about its reliability for modern digital living. Troubleshoot in-person and offer sales guidance on AT&T Fiber's anti-buffering benefits for multiple devices, emphasizing its reliable speed and low latency. Conduct in-person wellness checks for current AT&T Fiber accounts and use these visits to sell speed upgrades or whole-home Wi-Fi enhancements. Provide clear support during in-person meetings about AT&T Fiber billing or plan options, building rapport that smoothly transitions into value-driven sales conversations. Strengthen neighborhood trust by delivering exceptional support, then leveraging that local credibility to drive sales of AT&T Fiber referrals within community networks. Align support resolutions with sales strategy by gathering feedback from interactions, ensuring every AT&T Fiber recommendation is personalized and purposeful. Minimum Qualifications of the Client Success Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in retail, sales, or customer support is a plus. Confident communicator who simplifies AT&T Fiber plans and equipment setups. Precise and organized when completing service changes and resolving basic issues. Consistent, customer focused presence in a fast paced support environment.
