At CompStak our mission is to revolutionize the commercial real estate industry by bringing transparency to our clients. Our Client Success team sits at the heart of this mission. The Client Success Manager is a critical customer-facing role which provides daily support guidance and growth opportunities to our customers. As a CSM you will facilitate exceptional experiences and sustained value for CompStak customers by cultivating a relationship as their trusted advisor and advocate based on proactive account management promoting customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell/renewal of CompStak products and services. Join us and be a vital part of our continued success!ResponsibilitiesProactively manage a territory of assigned CompStak customers to deliver consistent value across the entire customer lifecycleManage the onboarding of new customers; Coordinate and deliver basic and advanced training while advising customers on best practicesGain insight into customer goals and expectations and work to decrease the time-to-value across your portfolioResolve customer issues collaborate with other CompStak teams; approach all situations with curiosity and creativityBuild strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement and communication; lead business reviews based on account segmentationPerform data-driven account performance planning and analysis based on customer usage and needs to prioritize opportunity and riskConsistently renew and expand customer contracts meeting and exceeding personal and team goalsDrive customer advocacy in the form of references referrals and case studiesActively participate in the evolution of CompStak; serve as the voice of the customer by prioritizing feature requests and platform improvements and insist on excellence in our own Client Success initiativesContribute towards the development of a strong team environment by upholding high work standardsGo the extra mile to ensure our customers are successful!Skills & Experience3 years experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success rolesA verifiable track record of data driven customer retention and growth through passionate customer serviceUnrivaled sense of autonomy ownership and dedication to helping customers realize their intended valueEnergetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and creative problem solverAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detailsStrong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal; consistent diplomacy tact and poise when working through customer issues and escalationsFamiliarity with the commercial real estate industryWorking knowledge of Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)Ability to leverage your creativity intellect and results-oriented attitude to advance CompStaks vision for the futureThe base pay ranges provided below are for NYC Metro-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience.
