Northern Pharmacy & Medical Equipment is seeking a motivated professional to develop and maintain partnerships with long-term care facilities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients while identifying opportunities to grow pharmacy, DME, and medical supply services.

Requirements

- Manage and grow relationships with assigned long-term care accounts.

- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Coordinate new client onboarding and support client retention initiatives.

- Identify opportunities to expand pharmacy, DME, and medical supply services.

- Conduct routine facility visits and build relationships with key decision-makers.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

- Maintain accurate CRM documentation of client interactions and account activity.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

- Travel throughout the assigned territory (up to 80%), including occasional overnight stays.

- Educate and influence key decision-makers, positioning our LTC pharmacy, DME, and supply services to meet each facility's unique needs.

What You Bring To The Team

Bachelor's degree

LTC experience preferred

Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred

Experience: 13 years of medical sales experience (pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical device preferred)

13 years of B2B customer service experience

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; building rapport at every level

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM, and Google Suite

Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including occasional overnight stays

Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
