We are seeking proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy engaging with people and delivering positive experiences. As a Client Support Associate, you will assist customers with service solutions, support smooth account activations, and help reinforce long-term brand loyalty. In this role, you will represent AT&T by educating residential customers on available service options and ensuring their questions are addressed clearly and professionally. This position offers hands-on training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to build strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
