Client Support Consultant Role Responsibilities: Meet with customers to review wireless needs and recommend AT&T solutions. Assist customers with upgrades, new activations, and service adjustments. Complete sales transactions and maintain accurate documentation. Provide support for billing questions and service troubleshooting. Maintain organized customer records and follow up schedules.
