Role: Client Support Specialist (Banking Services)Location: Hybrid in Wilmington DE or Buffalo NYAssignment: 3 month contract potential extensions or permanent hireSchedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pmPay Range: $25-$30/hrLighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Client Support Specialist (Banking Services) position! This is a 3 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid on-site in Wilmington DE or Buffalo NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.What Youll Be Doing:As a member of a small call center team provide support to banking customers. Assist users for 2-3 online portals with login issues password resets and other level 1 requests.Facilitate funds transfer and fee refund requests.Record privacy preferences for clients and respond to client requests via phone service tickets and email.Act as liaison between clients relationship teams and operations staff for issue resolution.Escalate requests to the appropriate teams as needed.Assist in the creation and updates of unit work policies and procedures.Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and internal reporting.Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate risk-related issues when necessary.Follow internal control standards and address audit issues as needed.What Youll Need to Have:2 years of call center customer service or level 1 tech support experience.Excellent communication skills to assist non-technical customers.Strong problem-solving written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and operate in a team environment.Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software.Banking experience or experience supporting online applications is a plus but not required.Questions about any of our jobs Email us atView all of our open jobs here:Required Experience:IC Key Skills Criminal Justice,Account Payable,Economics,Front End,Facilities Management,Domestic Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 25 - 30
