Often auto-renewals.May also perform activities in Other Responsibilities butmajorityof day-to-day is spent in the Primary Activities.Primary ResponsibilitiesPrimary Activities (60% or more of time)Evaluates exposures and renewal quoteReview upcoming renewals anddeterminewhich accountswarrantremarketMake coverage recommendationsUtilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotesTransact agency billing (where applicable)Obtain signed binding and notifies carriersReviewsbinding documents for accuracyOther Responsibilities as applicableSetupandmaintainaccurateaccount details contacts and policy information in EPICProcess renewals endorsement acknowledgmentscancellationsand proofs of insuranceAttach organize and name documents in EPICInitiate endorsements proofs of insurance and invoicesLeverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers including BOR client pre-renewal letters proposal letters changerequest etc.Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable teammemberMaybe responsible forpulling items such as MVR CLUES Risk Meters RCE etc.Position Specific Skills/QualificationsWork Experience3 years experience in Personal Property and Casualty witha comprehensiveunderstandingof insurancecoveragesProfessional Licenses/CertificationsMust hold state Property & Casualty insurance licenseEssential Skills/CompetenciesFunctional knowledge of Excel specific to creating formatting and evaluating formulas andworkingwithin templates. Must be skilled in Excel Word and other MS Office products.Maintains effective relationshipswithclient co-workers and a team player and is cooperative and collaborative.Able to obtain firsthand customer information and use it for improvementsin placements and services.Has an understanding ofguaranteed cost program design and coverage to provide consultationofcoverage needs.Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills. Sets to achieve day-to-dayobjectiveswithin the context of specified solutions. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50000 to $75000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including business needs experience level of responsibility and qualifications.
