This role is focused on delivering a high level of customer service and providing clerical support to ensure smooth clinic operations.Key responsibilities:Check in patients process required paperwork review urine sample process with patientsAssist in scheduling appointments from phone calls and during checkouts and recallsHandle incoming calls and faxes and respond to inquiriesCreate and Process referralsWork closely with clinical teams to monitor arrival of patients and timeliness of provider schedulesOpen and close the clinicKey Attributes:Positive attitude and strong communication skillsWork efficiently with multiple prioritiesWorks well independently and as part of a teamRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredA minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting requiredEPIC experience preferredAdditional Information: Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.
