You will provide direct clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring they deliver high-quality care. Here’s what we offer:Hiring Bonus: Up to $10,000 or Relocation Assistance (location-dependent)Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonus IncentivesGenerous PTO: 15 days of PTO, 1 Birthday PTO, and Paid Company HolidaysFlexible Work Program: Work-from-home days + 5 Comp PTO Days/YearComprehensive Benefits: Aetna Medical, Dental, VisionFidelity 401(k) with Company MatchProfessional Development: CEU stipend + Free CEU eventsMental Health Support via Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Growth Opportunities: Clear pathway to Clinical Leadership RolesA collaborative, values-driven culture that listens, celebrates, and supports you!Key Responsibilities:Clinical Supervision & Treatment:Provide weekly supervision to RBTs in the implementation of behavior plans.Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.Conduct regular assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) on intake and semi-annually.Review and analyze treatment data to assess progress and update treatment programs accordingly.Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when necessary.Monitor insurance authorizations and ensure timely treatment plan updates.Training & Support:Train RBTs on client-specific treatment plans and ABA best practices.Conduct weekly/monthly competency assessments and performance reviews for RBTs.Provide parent training sessions in line with insurance requirements.Mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs, assisting with onboarding, skill development, and professional growth.Leadership & Collaboration:Lead or participate in team meetings, trainings, and peer review sessions.Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of care.Contribute to company programs like student analyst mentorship and clinical support groups.Additional Duties:Support new BCBAs with tools, caseload management, and clinical development.Conduct group RBT trainings and social skills group supervision.Provide feedback and support for student analysts and new hire training.Act as a clinical liaison for curriculum-related inquiries.Qualifications:Active BCBA Certification (required)Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience working with children with ASDPrior supervisory experience (preferred)CEUs meeting BACB Supervision RequirementsSkills & Competencies:Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsCompassionate, dependable, and professional demeanorExperience supervising RBTs or students pursuing certificationReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphoneAbility to meet billable hour goals and consistently achieve performance evaluationsWork Environment & Physical Requirements:Work settings may include home, school, and community environmentsModerate to high noise levelsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and respond quickly to behavioral situationsFrequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, or sittingVisual and auditory acuity required for supervision and client interactionNortek Medical Staffing, Inc.
