M.D. MedSpa & Wellness Centers is seeking experienced Injectors & hiring three Clinic Managers to help lead our growing organization, one Manager for each of our locations in Fairhaven, Burlington, and Blaine.

After six years of growth, our clinics have expanded to a combined 15 treatment rooms across Northwest Washington. We have grown from 7 treatment rooms to 15 now. We are now building the leadership teams that will guide the next phase of our growth.

This is not a traditional clinic manager position.

Qualified managers will have the opportunity to continue treating patients, lead a team, participate in training programs, mentor future providers, and take advantage of multiple income opportunities throughout our ecosystem.

Most injector positions offer one income stream. We offer several.

Experienced professionals who fully participate in leadership, training, and mentorship opportunities may have the potential to earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually depending on production, leadership involvement, and participation in training and mentorship programs.
