This role combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on patient support to keep daily clinic operations running smoothly. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with people multitasking and making a positive impact every day.Be part of a growing reputable healthcare organizationWork in a supportive team-focused environmentOpportunities for long-term growth and skill developmentDays & Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-430pmEssential Functions:Greet patients and visitors warmly; manage check-in scheduling and phone callsCollect co-pays and accurately enter data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemSupport clinicians during treatments setting up equipment assisting with exercises and maintaining a clean organized spaceEnsure smooth clinic flow by monitoring schedules and communicating effectively with staff and patientsMaintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and clinic safety standardsRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrior experience in a medical office therapy clinic or customer service role preferredProficiency in Google Suite required; EMR experience a plusStrong communication organization and multitasking skillsTeam-oriented dependable and professional attitudePhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job the staff member is frequently required to walk stand; sit; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The staff member can regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
