The trainer works closely with the supervising physician by assisting in maintaining clinic flow patient education and assisting with office procedures. Possesses sufficient knowledge training and experience to be capable of successfully delivering patient documentation services.PATIENT EVALUATION: Demonstrates knowledge of performing patient evaluations. Demonstrates experience in the evaluation process. Demonstrates a solid understanding of internal control concepts and experience in applying them to the diagnosis. Possesses sufficient knowledge training and experience to be capable of successfully delivering patient evaluations.ATHLETIC TRAINING: Possesses sufficient knowledge training and experience to be capable of successfully delivering results without requiring support and instruction from others. TREATMENT IMPLEMENTATION: Demonstrates understanding in providing treatment consistent with physician prescription and established plan of care. Able to modify treatment plan as needed to demonstrate provision of skilled therapy services including progression of treatment throughout course of care and revision of treatment interventions of goals not met. PATIENT EDUCATION: Demonstrates comprehension of health education. Possesses sufficient knowledge training and experience to be capable of providing patient health education services.
