You will also help maintain clinic schedules support co-pay collection processes and participate in team-based activities across the center.The starting rate of pay is $18.33 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.Qualifications:Required Education and Experience for Clinical Center Associate Trainee:Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and one (1) year of full-time experience in customer service.Required Education and Experience for Clinical Center Associate I:1. Medical Office Assistant Associates degree; or2. Associates degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma completion of an Roswell Park-approved Medical Assistant certificate program and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or4. High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or5.
