**Job Title:** Clinical Coordinator for Cystic Fibrosis ProgramThe RN Coord Cystic Fibrosis position plays a crucial role in supporting the clinical and programmatic operations of the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Center. Working in collaboration with the CF Medical Director and the interdisciplinary CF Care Team, this role coordinates, monitors, promotes, and evaluates the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to CF patients in accordance with the standards and expectations of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF).Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor all clinical aspects of the CF program, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices and CFF guidelines.Oversee and ensure timely and accurate data entry into the CF Foundation Patient Registry; work with the Care Team to utilize registry data to improve clinical outcomes and meet quality benchmarks.Work collaboratively with providers, social workers, dietitians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to deliver patient-centered, coordinated care across the continuum; facilitate effective communication and transitions between inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings.Qualifications:Essential Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program.RN licensure in New Mexico or as allowed by reciprocal agreement.CPR certification for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuer within 30 days.Preferred Qualifications:2 years directly related experience.Benefits:Relocation assistance available.Competitive compensation package.About Us:We are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.Keywords: Cystic Fibrosis, Clinical Coordinator, Nursing, Healthcare.
