Role Description
We are seeking a Clinical Director specializing in Adult Medicine to lead and oversee clinical operations in our Hartford, CT location. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Clinical Director will manage clinical staff, ensure compliance with healthcare policies and standards, and oversee the delivery of quality care in adult medicine. Responsibilities also include providing supervisory oversight, facilitating multidisciplinary team collaboration, and contributing to program development to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Medicine and Adult Medicine practices.
- Physician License in the state of CT (Preferred)
- 5+ years Work Experience
- Proven experience in Clinical Supervision, with the ability to oversee and support healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Knowledge and experience in Mental Health, Psychology, and Behavioral Health, with a focus on applying these to adult medicine practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Connecticut (or the ability to obtain one).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in medicine or related field; additional certifications in adult medicine or behavioral health are highly desirable.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture while prioritizing patient-centric care.
- Experience with policy development, quality improvement initiatives, and program management considered a strong plus.
