This leadership role blends clinical excellence with operational and staff development responsibilities. As a Clinical Director, you’ll mentor Clinical Supervisors, guide program integrity, and help drive high-quality outcomes for the families we serve.We value leadership that empowers others — you’ll have the tools and support to lead effectively without being stretched thin. We prioritize structure, collaboration, and clinician well-being, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering transformational care.<h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;">What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (pod leaders)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing care</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Conduct and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ensure high clinical standards through QA activities and data-driven decision-making</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain up to 25 billable hours/week (full-time) providing QA oversight and clinical support to BCBAs, without carrying a direct caseload</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Develop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performance</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate with Operations Managers to strategically assign caseloads</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Lead BCBA and PS hiring efforts at your center</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Contribute to the organization’s strategic growth initiatives</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;">What You Bring</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A completed Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory experience</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proven leadership and management skills</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfort using technology (e.g., scheduling software, electronic data platforms)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Spanish-speaking is a plus</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;">Why Accel Therapies</h3>At Accel Therapies, we believe great leadership makes all the difference.
