Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin a Leading, Surgeon-Partnered Ambulatory Surgery Center in Virginia Beach!Clinical Director Virginia Beach Ambulatory Surgery CenterVirginia Beach Ambulatory Surgery Center (VBASC) is seeking an experienced, energetic, and mission-driven Clinical Director to lead its high-performing clinical team. Our Center - jointly owned by community surgeons and Sentara - is multi-specialty, features four operating rooms and operates as an independent, patient-focused organization. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where your expertise, ideas, and vision will directly shape the Centers continued growth and excellence.As Clinical Director, you will oversee all daily clinical operations, including preoperative, postoperative, intraoperative, and sterilization departments, while supporting and mentoring a dedicated team of ~35 employees (24 FTEs).
