JOB DESCRIPTION
Director of Clinical Services & Training
LINKS Center for Anxiety | LINKS Network
Manhattan & Brooklyn, New York (In Person)
Overview
LINKS Center for Anxiety is seeking a senior clinician to serve as Clinical Director and Director of Clinical Services & Training, helping lead one of New York’s premier specialty programs for anxiety and related disorders.
This role combines clinical leadership, supervision, and teaching with a small ongoing clinical practice. The Clinical Director will play a central role in shaping the program’s clinical culture, supporting clinician development, and maintaining the high standards of care that define the Center for Anxiety.
The position reports to Dr. David H. Rosmarin, Chief Clinical Officer of LINKS Network and Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School, and involves collaboration with senior clinicians across the LINKS Network, including Dr. Valerie Photos, Director of the LINKS Echelon program.
In addition to leading the program’s clinical work, the Clinical Director will serve as Director of Clinical Training for our APA-accredited psychology internship program, helping train and mentor the next generation of clinicians.
This role is ideal for a senior clinician who values thoughtful case consultation, mentorship of early-career clinicians, and maintaining a small but meaningful clinical practice while helping shape the future of anxiety treatment.
The Center specializes in the treatment of anxiety and related disorders, and clinicians are expected to have strong experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure-based treatments, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Help guide clinicians in difficult clinical situations and contribute to thoughtful clinical decision-making across the program.
Training & Internship Program Leadership: Serve as Director of Clinical Training for the APA-accredited internship program, overseeing training experiences for psychology interns and early-career clinicians. Participate in case conferences, didactic programming, and mentorship of trainees.
Clinical Quality Oversight: Support clinical review processes and help ensure that treatment planning, documentation, and care delivery meet professional standards and reflect evidence-based approaches.
Clinical-Operational Collaboration: Partner with operational leadership to support safe and effective service delivery while maintaining clear boundaries between clinical authority and administrative management.
Clinical Work: The Clinical Director maintains a reduced clinical caseload of approximately 10–12 hours per week, remaining actively engaged in clinical practice.
