INFIELD Talent Solutions is partnering with a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership for a multi-site patient care region in Southwest Michigan.


This is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence clinical quality, patient outcomes, operational performance, and organizational growth.


We are seeking a leader who can elevate clinical quality, strengthen operational performance, mentor leaders, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The successful candidate will have significant visibility with executive leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of care delivery across the region.


What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for a designated regional care team
  • Champion quality initiatives, performance improvement efforts, and patient satisfaction outcomes
  • Develop and mentor clinical leaders while building a culture of accountability and engagement
  • Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and measurable improvements
  • Drive change management initiatives and lead process improvement efforts
  • Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and clinical standards
  • Support growth initiatives and help position the organization for continued success

What We're Looking For

  • Active Michigan RN license required
  • Healthcare leadership experience managing clinical teams and operations
  • Strong experience with quality improvement, performance management, and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and improve outcomes
  • Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and scheduling/resource management skills
  • Hospice, palliative care, home health, post-acute care, or other community-based healthcare experience is highly desirable, but not required
