Clinical Laboratory Technologist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLT/CLS)

Location: Culbertson, MT

Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

Start Date: 02/03/2026

Shift Timings: Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Holidays, On-Call, Rotating Week Nights & Weekends

Expected Hours: 32–40 per week

Job Description:

• Perform clinical laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
• Collect, process, and analyze specimens including blood, urine, and tissue samples
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and media required for laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results and data using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control, and laboratory safety standards
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technician or Clinical Laboratory Scientist
• Proficiency in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood banking
• Knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to accurately document and manage laboratory data
• Phlebotomy or hospital laboratory experience preferred
