Must be capable of independent judgement and decision making in the areas of budget personnel patient services and administrative or professional programs. Effectively manages all resources assigned to cost centers. Collaborates with the Operations Manager of Family Centered Care to accomplish departmental objectives. Good written and oral communication skills.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED1. Masters degree in Nursing.2.
