This role assists with clinic operations and study procedures across all phases of research ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with GCP IRB and sponsor protocols while providing an impeccable patient experience in every single interaction.Shift: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional weekends)Location:2128 W Flagler St 1st Floor Miami FL 33135Compensation: Competitive hourly base compensationBenefits: Health dental and vision insurance plans 401k with 4% match tuition reimbursement parental leave referral program employee assistance program life insurance disability insurance and 15 days of PTO 10 company holidays.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with study procedures and patient visits according to protocol under the guidance of the Team Lead or CRCDocument patient assessments observations and study data accurately and in compliance with GCP and protocol requirementsObtain and document informed consent following federal regulations and IRB guidelinesSupport patient recruitment efforts and scheduling to meet enrollment goalsMaintain accurate source documentation and complete case report forms (CRFs)Report adverse events to supervisors or investigators as neededHelp manage study supplies lab kits and other trial materialsMaintain confidentiality and follow all applicable compliance and ethical standardsCommunicate effectively with research team members and document relevant study communicationsRepresent Flourish Research professionally in all interactionsPerform additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONSAssociate degree in science or relevant clinical research experience required; Bachelors degree preferred13 years in clinical or biological research preferredStrong understanding of clinical research methodsEffective collaboration across research teamsExcellent written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office 365High ethical standards and professionalismStrong work ethic with attention to detail and qualityTechnical skills such as ECG and phlebotomy as required by protocolAdaptable and open to taking on additional tasksSupports departmental process improvements and training initiativesMeets or exceeds performance goalsFlourish Research offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package a supportive and collaborative work environment and endless growth opportunities.
