Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull-Time position with overall responsibility for supervision and management of a small clinical research department conducting drug trials in accordance with department's standard operation procedures (SOP). Must be certified as a Clinical Research Coordinator.  Duties include: Recruitment, training, employee oversight to ensure timely and accurate completion of duties by 2-3 clinical research coordinators (CRCs) conducting drug trials; Coordination with principal investigators, clinical research networks, CROs, and sponsors for initiation of drug trials; Negotiating budgets and contracts (CTAs) after coordinating with principal investigators; Sending invoices and Responsibility for timely and accurate documentation of research services completed and payments received via Excel files for individual studies. ACRP or SOCRA certification (CCRP-Certified Clinical Research Professional) and 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator are required.
