The position will provide individual and group therapy to youth in a maximum secure residential facility focusing on treatment and provide recommendations appropriate to each individuals treatment needs. The Licensed MSW Clinical Social Worker will work collaboratively with community and agency professionals. Collaborates with staff and team members (Director Youth Residential Director Group Leaders Teachers Youth Specialist Supervisors and Youth Specialists). Identifies locates schedules performs and/or attends training for facility staff.
