Employees are further expected to provide a high quality of care service and kindness toward all patients staff physicians volunteers and guests.:Duties and Responsibilities:Review prepare and verify chemotherapy and targeted therapy orders for accuracy safety and compliance.Provide medication counseling to patients and families helping them understand complex treatment regimens side effects and adherence strategies.Collaborate with oncologists nurses and multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans and improve outcomes.Monitor patient responses to therapy adjust recommendations and prevent adverse drug events.Stay current withoncologydrug developments clinical guidelines and emerging therapies.Staff in inpatient pharmacy as neededJOB SPECIFICATIONSA.
