DescriptionWork Schedule:Full-time 100% FTE day shift. Shifts are scheduled Monday Friday between the hours of 7:30am 4:30pm no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.Pay:The pay range listed reflects both titles.Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.Be part of something remarkableJoin the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!We are seeking a Clinical Speech Language Pathologist (Swallow)to:Work at a nationally known state of the art Voice and Swallow Center.Evaluate and treat inpatient and ambulatory adult swallowing and head and neck cancer patients.Perform diagnostics including: videofluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS) flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) manometry and clinical swallowing assessments.Provide voice restoration services for patients with total laryngectomy including tracheoesophageal puncture prosthesis management.Develop new programs and outreach opportunities.Contribute to learning experiences for residents medical students speech pathologist and clinical fellows.Be involved with clinical research and continuing education.Work in a cutting-edge clinical environment at multiple locations throughout UW Health Systems.Learn More About Voice and Swallowing Specialists at UW HealthUW Health is located in the beautiful capital city of Madison - a cosmopolitan city of more than 240000.Madisonis uniquely situated on an isthmus between the areas two largest lakes Mendota and Mononaa setting that offers impressive beauty and wide variety of cultural and recreational activities.
