LSS Recovery Center Oconomowoc provides up to 30 beds for adult women in need of Medically Monitored Treatment and Transitional Residential Treatment. Services are gender specific and trauma informed.This is a full-time benefit eligible role with hours on Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.ð Position DetailsFull-time benefits-eligible roleMondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PMCompensation based on licensure levelRequires valid SAC-IT SAC or CSAC credential from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Servicesðï Key ResponsibilitiesUnder the guidance of program and clinical supervisors you will:Provide addiction counseling and case management services in residential outpatient or community settingsConduct assessments diagnostics screenings and referrals using tools such as UPC ASAM AODA SUDDs and DSM/ICD-10 (with supervision as needed)Offer Employment Specialist services when applicableMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state federal and agency standardsFacilitate individual and group therapy sessionsCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external partnersParticipate in outreach and public education effortsCoordinate comprehensive case management and connect clients with community resourcesEngage in professional development through trainings meetings and clinical supervisionEnsure services meet all program licensing and contractual requirementsBuild and maintain strong professional relationshipsServe as a positive role model for clients and familiesPerform additional duties as assignedð Why Work at LSSPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF): Eligible after 10 years of qualifying payments.
