As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll join an organization that prioritizes your growth and impact by reducing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on what matters most — delivering high-quality clinical care.Our service model may vary by location, but across all sites, you’ll be supported by a team structure that promotes collaboration, development, and strong clinical outcomes.<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans</li><li>Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors</li><li>Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality</li><li>Maintain 30 billable hours per week</li><li>Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency</li><li>Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>A completed Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field</li><li>An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification</li><li>Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs</li><li>Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)</li><li>TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance</li><li>Spanish-speaking is a plus</li></ul><h3>Why Accel Therapies</h3>Our BCBAs are supported, not stretched thin.
