Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis is a hybrid position (half in-person and half virtual). The Clinical Supervisor is both a clinical and administrative position. The clinical supervisor is responsible for managing and developing all clinical staff and interns at Meadows Counseling Group.Duties/Responsibilities:Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients of Meadows Counseling Group in accordance with company policies. Maintain a clinical caseload.Clinical Supervision of any dependently licensed staff (notes and clinical time).Oversight and supervision of staff clinical. Case Consultation / Group SupervisionQuality assurance: Monitor the Clinician's progress and monitor the productivity of clinicians. Read and sign progress notes of dependent staff.Oversight and back up to the intake coordinator (client care coordinator position).Run and Manage Monthly Staff Meetings and Quarterly Team Meetings (all staff)Oversight and development of apprentice/ intern program. Assist with supervision, training, and development of interns and intern supervisors.Assist with professional development and continuing education opportunities for clinical staff.Qualifications and Skills:Active, Licensed Independent Social Worker, Supervision Designation (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio (must be fully licensed).Prior experience in a private practice setting both as a clinician and in a supervisory or management role.Align with Meadows Counseling Group's mission, vision, and values.Knowledge of the roles and duties of MEADOWS COUNSELING GROUP administrative and clinical positions and functions.Knowledge of Meadows Counseling Group client experience goals and how to achieve client satisfaction.Company DescriptionVisit Our Website Social Media: Instagram / Facebook/ Meadows Counseling Group provides mental health (behavioral health) counseling services to all of Ohio via telehealth.
