🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🌙 No Nights | No Weekends

💲 $17–$21/hour (based on experience)

🔎 About the Role

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain multi-specialty experience while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in where needed—whether that’s rooming patients, assisting providers, or supporting front office workflows.

🩺 What You’ll Do

• Room patients and prepare for urology exams and procedures

• Take and document vitals, patient intake, and clinical data in Epic EMR

• Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments

• Administer medications and injections (if certified)

• Perform specimen collection, EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and lab handling

• Educate patients on aftercare instructions

• Support scheduling and clinic workflow

• Maintain clean and organized exam rooms

• Communicate effectively with patients and care teams

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Medical Assistant training (CAAHEP or ABHES preferred, not required)

• MA certification (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA preferred)

• Current CPR certification

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant or clinical support experience preferred

• Urology and Epic EMR experience a plus

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
