This role is responsible for supervision of associate-level staff, approval of documentation, and maintaining program quality and audit readiness.</p><p>Key Responsibilities<br>- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level staff<br>- Review and approve clinical documentation for compliance<br>- Oversee service delivery and regulatory alignment<br>- Monitor documentation, billing, and staff productivity<br>- Lead audits and corrective action efforts<br>- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development<br>- Respond to complex or high-risk clinical situations<br>- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA</p><p><br>Qualifications<br>- Master’s Degree in Social Work, MFT, Counseling, or related field<br>- Active licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist)<br>- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience<br>- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred</p><p>Skills<br>- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and Medi-Cal<br>- Strong leadership and communication abilities<br>- Experience with EHR systems</p><p><br>Schedule & Compensation<br>-Full-Time, M-Fc<br>-$48.05-$58.46 per hour</p><p>Additional Info<br>- Valid driver’s license may be required<br>- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.<br>- Role includes office and field-based work environments</p><p> </p><p>About You:</p><p>You are attentive, responsive, and can take control of situations. <br>You are personable, determined, and driven to make a difference.
