Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Clinical Therapist. The Clinical Therapist will work directly with clients to provide therapeutic support and interventions through counseling sessions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions for individuals, families, or groups, and managing case documentation. The therapist will also collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Background in Social Work, Psychology, and Mental Health care
• Experience in Case Management and creating treatment plans
• Proficiency in facilitating Family Therapy or group therapy settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensed or certified in a relevant field (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and mental health regulations
• Experience with remote therapy tools and methods is a plus
