They will assume primary case management responsibilities and will oversee the residents, interns, students, and technicians that contribute to the team. The selected candidate will provide high quality effective and efficient patient care for a variety of cases.Clinical responsibilities will entail all the duties associated with case management (client and referral veterinarian communication, development of a diagnostic and treatment plan, interpretation of diagnostic findings, implementation of a treatment plan, surgery, post-operative care, development of a home care plan, and adherence to hospital fiscal policies). Consultation will be provided to other services within the CVM, and to referring veterinarians.
