Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Clinician I in Bath, NY, with a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus! This full-time role (40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm, evenings as needed) involves assessing and providing quality mental health care to youth (ages 12-18) in residential care.Responsibilities include:Diagnosing and treating children, youth, and familiesProviding individual and group therapy in various settingsConsulting and training staff as appropriateServing as the primary contact for service plans, communicating effectively both verbally and in writingRequirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, licensure eligibility, a valid driver’s license, and experience in trauma-focused therapy preferred.
